信息化服务在城镇居民中认同性实证研究——以广州市花都区新华街为例

摘　　要：当前,我国正处在快速城镇化的进程中,信息化服务是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要组成部分,而城镇居民对信息化服务的认同性直接影响着信息化服务的普及和推广。以花都区新华街为例开展实证性研究,通过提出问题,对已有文献分析、访谈和开放式问卷调查的方法,调查当地居民对信息化服务的认同性,并通过社会认同调查模型分析影响因素,提出相关建议措施。At present, China is in the process of rapid urbanization, information technology services are an important part of Chinese socialist modernization, and the sense of identity for urban residents has directly influence on the popularization and promotion. This empirical research used Xinhua Street, Huadu District as an example , by proposing questions, analyzing the literature, having interviews and open-ended questionnaire survey, looked into the sense of identity of information technology services for the local residents, meanwhile, the model of social identity survey is used to analyze the impact on factors, and then advanced interrelated suggestions and measures.
