摘 要:储能飞轮用高速永磁无刷直流动发一体机转速高,功率密度大,频率高。准确计算各工况条件下的损耗,进而对各部件温升进行准确的分析计算十分重要。基于所提出的电动状态变电流分阶起动及发电状态恒功率-恒电流的控制方法,对各工况条件下主要温升部件进行准确的损耗分析及计算,在三维暂态温度场中进行永磁无刷直流动发一体机的准确建模,并给定假设条件和边界条件。对永磁无刷直流动发一体机的瞬态温度场进行计算。分析永磁无刷直流电机的电动状态、发电状态和保持状态时的温升情况,并为永磁无刷直流电机在以上三种特殊工况条件下的热状态预估及水冷设计提供指导依据。The permanent magnet BLDC motor /generator was high speed,power density and frequency. Calculated the ulti-operation loss,then analysis and calculate each component's temperature change. Based on the grading current motor state and constant power then constant current generator state control method,main components loss was analyzed and calculated correctly. In the 3D temperature field,BLDC motor /generator model was built,the hypothesis and bounder conditions were given. Transient temperature field was analyzed,then to prove it by experiment. The BLDC motor /generator' motor state,generator state and keep state was analyzed. The conclusion provides design accordance for the thermal state prediction and water cool design.
