摘　　要：积分球是紫外近红外分光光度计的重要组件,本文以岛津UV-3600/3100紫外近红外积分球为例,介绍了该积分球在测试样品透过率及反射率的使用方法及日常维护。Integrating sphere is a very significant attachment of UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer. This paper focused on Shimadzu UV-3600/3100 Series ,introduced the appiication of UV-VIS-NIR integrating sphere attachent in transmittance and reflectance test .
