摘　　要：为提高C波段地球同步轨道通信卫星地面测控通信设备的效率及可靠性,本文通过设计并研制一套宽带1000W固态高功放来代替传统电真空高功放,经实际测试,各项性能技术指标均满足系统总体要求。In order to improve the efficiency and reli-ability of C band geostationary communication satellite ground communication equipment, this paper designs and develops a broadband 1000W solid-state high power amplifier instead of the traditional electric high vacuum amplifier. The actual test shows that the per-formance of technical indexes can satisfy the system requirements.
