燃煤土暖气在农村地区的应用分析

摘　　要：结合燃煤土暖气在农村地区的应用情况,介绍土暖气热水循环的原理以及造成土暖气不热、过热、开锅、耗煤量大等问题的原因,进而总结出土暖气热水循环系统中的注意事项,包括热水炉的容量选型、管道材料及规格、补水箱安装位置、管道坡向。另外,结合燃煤土暖气热效率低的问题提出相应的烟气余热回收方法,最后根据实际的安装工程,对土暖气热水循环系统做进一步说明。By analyzing the application of coal-fired heating stove in rural areas,the paper introduces the theory of water natural circulation and the reasons which caused some problems in practical application,including too low or too high indoor temperature,boiling water in stove,large coal consumption and so on.Furthermore,this article summarizes some problems should be paid attention to in actual installation,such as the selection of stove capacity,the materials and specifications of pipeline,the installation sites of equipment and pipe slope.According to the fact that the coal-fired heating stove has a low efficiency,the paper puts forward a new way that the system efficiency can be greatly improved by recycling waste heat.Finally,coal-fired heating stove is made further instructions in combine with actual projects.
