摘 要:合成了一种具有邻位酚羟基结构的新型芳香族鞣剂SCP,并研究了其鞣制性能。红外光谱分析表明,SCP中含有酚羟基结构。鞣革实验结果表明:当只用SCP鞣制时,山羊皮的收缩温度为73.9℃,表现出一定的鞣性;当SCP与硫酸铝(SCP-Al)结合鞣时,山羊皮的收缩温度可达到97.5℃,且具有良好的耐水洗能力。采用SCP-Al结合鞣,成革中甲醛含量为108.6 mg/kg,符合非直接接触皮肤产品的要求;而成革力学性能满足服装革要求。A novel aromatic syntan (SCP) with ortho-phenolic hydroxyl structure was prepared and its tanning perfor- mance was also investigated. FFIR analysis indicated that the SCP contains phenolic hydroxyl groups. It was found that the shrinkage temperature (Ts) of goat leather was 73.9 ℃ when only SCP was used as tanning agent, while it was greatly increased to 97.5 ~C when combination tannage of SCP and Al2(SO4)3 (SCP-A1) was adopted, and has excellent stability of washing. In addition, the formaldehyde content in the goat leather obtained by SCP-A1 combination tannage was 108.6 mg/kg, meeting the requirement of safety technique for the leather without direct contact to skin, while the physical prop- erties of leather meet the requirement of garment leathers.
