摘  要:目的对比研究糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与空腹血糖(FVG)检测在糖尿病临床诊疗中的应用效果。方法随机选取我院收治的糖尿病患者46例,设定为实验组,同时随机选取正常体检者46例,设定为对照组。测定两组受试人员的HbA1c和FPG指标,比较其差异并分析其结果。结果实验组平均HbA1c为(9.19±1.76)%,对照组仅为(5.14±0.99)%,实验组平均FPG含量为(10.344-3.57)mmol/L,对照组仅为(4.98±2.21)mmol/L,其差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。HbA1c与FPG呈正相关关系。HbA1c介于4.0%~5.9%者FPG的浓度仅为(4.47±1.97)mmol/L;HbA1c介于6.0%-6.9%者FPG的浓度为(5.02±2.35)mmol/L;HbA1c介于7.0%~7.9%者FPG的浓度为(7.65±2.77)mmol/L;而HbA1c介于8.0%~8.9%者FPG浓度高达(9.89±3.01)mmol/L。大于9.0%者FPG浓度高达(11.41±3.74)mmol/L。结论糖化血红蛋白和空腹血糖均是糖尿病诊疗的重要指标。FPG为最常用的检测糖尿病方法,简便易行但是可能出现误诊;HbA1c为高效且准确的检测糖尿病方法,而且不易受干扰;HbA1c和FPG呈正相关,综合分析这些指标在诊疗糖尿病时效果更好。Objective To compare and study the comprehensive effects of haemoglobin Alc and fasting plasma glucose in diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. Methods Forty-six cases of diabetes patients in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2012 were selected as experimental group, while another 46 cases of healthy people were selected as control group. The HbA1c and FPG in both two groups were measured and analyzed. Results The average value of HbA1c in experimental group was (9.19±1.76)%, while it was only (5.14±0.99) % in control group. The average value of FPG was (10.34±3.57) mmol/L in experimental group and (4.98±2.21) mmol/L in control group. Both the differences were statistically significant. There was positive correlation between HbA1c and FPG. When HbA1c were in the range of (4.0%-5.9%, 6.0%-6.9%, 7.0%-7.9%, 8.0%-8.9%, and greater than 9.0%, the value of FPG were (4.47±1.97) mmol/L, (5.02±2.35) mmol/L, (7.65±2.77) mmol/L, (9.89±3.01) mmol/L and (11.41±3.74) mmol/L respectively. Conclusion Both HbA1c and FPG are important indexes in diagnosing and treating diabetes. FPG is the most common method for detecting diabetes, which is easy to be performed but trend to misdiagnosis, while HbA1c is efficient and accurate in detecting diabetes with less disturbance. Since there is a positive correlation between these two indexes, a combination analysis of them for diagnosis and treatment of diabetes shows more advantages.
