摘　　要：目的了解广州市城郊地区妇女乳腺保健知识、态度、行为（KAP）现状及其影响因素，为医疗机构有效提供乳腺保健服务和开展健康教育活动提供参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对广州市白云区太和镇工业园区来我院进行年度体检的25～50岁妇女进行问卷调查，共计调查1550名，经筛选有效问卷1382份。结果在乳腺保健知识的获取途径的多项选择中，电视、报纸、书籍、网络、医生、朋友或家人共6个选项被选中的比例依次为61．32％、47．34％、15．12％、55．31％、32．58％、17．45％。71．23％的调查对象关心乳腺健康，对乳腺保健持积极态度；57．50％自觉乳腺异常时及时就医，没有及时就医的原因中15．32％的人认为小问题不必大惊小怪；36．72％的人认为看医生麻烦；33．78％的人因为工作忙，没时间；经济原因只占7．92％。结论在职妇女对乳腺保健持积极态度，但乳腺保健知识相对缺乏，在职妇女获取乳腺保健知识的渠道随着经济发展的也发生了变化，因此建议采用便于当前在职妇女接受的宣传方式，加强对在职妇女进行乳腺保健知识宣教，提高乳腺保健知识水平，提高对乳腺异常改变警觉的警觉性，引导在职妇女形成定期进行乳腺检查的良好习惯。Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice （KAP） of on-job women to provide scientific evidence for carrying out preventive measures and educational activity. Methods With a self-designed questionnaire about KAP of breast care, an investigation was carried out among 1 550 on-job women aged 25-50 years old. Results Of all 1 382 valid respondents, the majority＇s knowledge about mammary gland disease risk factors was not comprehensive, and even there was misunderstanding about breast self-examination （BSE）; 60.30% respondents underwent clinical breast examination （CBE） annually, but 78.87% respondents didn＇t take breast self-examination monthly. 57.50% respondents seek clinical solution immediately just as pain, suspicious mass, crater nipple, desquamation and axillary mass were found. Education, occupation, age and marriage might be related to KAP level. 55.31% respondents had once obtained breast health care knowledge from interact. Conclusion The results suggest that on-job women of Guangzhou suburb have poor knowledge of breast health care and minority practice CBE. In addition, the sources where on-job women obtain related knowledge have changed with the popularization of interact. We recommend the establishment and sustenance of education programs with convenience to reach on-job women in consideration of social development.
