摘  要:实验研究了浒苔粉和大叶藻粉替代50%市售藻粉对刺参内脏组织免疫性能和体壁成分的影响。以大叶藻粉和浒苔粉替代50%市售藻粉作为两种配合饵料饲喂刺参40天后采集实验数据并进行数据分析。结果表明,与基础饵料相比,浒苔粉能促进刺参组织过氧化氢酶的活性并增加体壁的含糖量(P<0.05),而大叶藻能提高体壁蛋白量并显著地促进刺参的免疫能力,从而使成活率提高(P<0.05)。因此,浒苔和大叶藻粉混合替代市售藻粉可作为更好的刺参饲料。Juvenile sea cucumber was fed with eelgrass debris or enteromorpha prolifra debris instead of 50 % normal algae, and then the immunity of juvenile sea cucumber and nutritive composition of its body wall were measured. Eelgrass debris or enteromorpha prolifra debris instead of 50 % normal algae debris was mixed in basic feed as feed of two experiment groups. After 40d, the experimental data was determined and analyzed. The re- suits indicated that enteromorpha prolifra debris could increase the activity of catalase(CAT) and total carbohydrates content( P 〈 0.05). Eelgrass debris increased total protein content and significantly strengthened the immunity so as to increase the rate of survival( P 〈 0.05). In a word, eelgrass debris mixed with enteromorpha prolifra debris could become better feed for sea cucumber instead of algaes on market.
