摘  要:通过盆栽控水营造干旱环境,采用喷洒不同浓度的壳聚糖溶液处理小麦幼苗,测定地上部株高和质量,以及叶绿素、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量。实验发现,壳聚糖在干旱胁迫下对幼苗的生长和抗性增强均有一定的促进作用,有利于防止植物脱水,增强渗透调节能力,维持植物光合速率和消除植物体内有害物质。壳聚糖浓度在0.40%时,小麦幼苗生长和抗旱效果达到最佳。与蒸馏水对照相比,叶绿素总含量和脯氨酸含量分别提高11.1%和34.5%以上,MDA含量下降44%以上。Using pot- culture experiments simulating soil drought status, this paper determined the aboveground plant height, quality and the content of chlorophyll, proline and MDA by spraying different concentrations of chitosan solution that treated wheat seedling. It was found that the chitosan could promote the growth and the drought resistance of wheat seedling. The chitosan played a certain role in helping prevent dehydration, en- hanced osmotic adjustment ability, maintained the photosynthetic rate of plants and eliminated the harmful substances in plants. The most appropriate concentration of chitosan was 0.40 % . Compared with distilled water control, the content of chlorophyll and proline increased by more than 11.1% and 34.5 %, MDA content decreased more than 44 %.
