摘 要:目的探讨不同吸氧法用于预防肺切除患者术后转运途中低氧血症发生的效果。方法将2013年6-11月麻醉恢复室收治的60例肺切除术患者随机分为持续吸氧组(C组,运送途中使用氧气枕低流量持续吸氧)和非持续吸氧组(NC组,运送前鼻导管高流量吸氧6 L/min,5 min,途中不吸氧),各30例,比较两组患者运送过程中血氧饱和度(SpO2)变化情况。结果 C组的SpO2下降幅度低于NC组(P<0.05)。结论肺切除术后转送病房途中,氧气枕低流量持续给氧可有效预防低氧血症的发生,且易于医师操作和患者接受。Objective To study the effect of different ways of oxygen inhalation in preventing hypoxemia in pulmonary resection patients during transportation process. Methods Sixty pulmonary resection patients admitted to post-anesthetic ICU (PACU) from June 2013 to November 2013 were divided into two groups, which were continuous oxygen inhalation group (C group, continuous administration of low flow oxygen via oxygen pillow) and non-continuous oxygen inhalation group (NC group, high oxygen flow of 6 L/min for 5 minutes administration of oxygen via nasal catheter before transportation process), 30 in each group. Changes of SpO2 were observed. Results SpO2 of C group decreased significantly than that of NC group. Compared with NC group, C group showed lower incidence of hypoxemia. Conclusion Continuous administration of low flow oxygen via oxygen pillow can prevent hypoxemia after pulmonary lobectomy during transporting back to ward, which is easy to operate and be accepted by nurses and patients.
