摘  要:【目的】评价55%硝磺·莠去津悬浮剂在玉米环境中的残留动态和环境安全性。【方法】2010、2011年在北京和安徽萧县郊区进行T55%硝磺·莠去津悬浮剂在玉米上的残留试验。【结果】2年2地的消解动态试验结果显示,硝磺草酮在玉米植株和土壤环境中的消解均符合一级动力学方程,土壤中的降解半衰期为0.97~1.07d,植株上的降解半衰期为0.27-0.81d。【结论】2ff2地的试验结果无明显差异,环境因素如土壤质地、温度、降雨等对硝磺草酮降解速率影响不明显,收获的玉米中硝磺草酮的残留量均低于0.01mg/kg。[Aims] The purpose of this article was to study dissipation and residue of mesotrione in corn field ecosystem. [Methods] The field trials including the dissipation and terminal residue were conducted in Xiaoxian of Anhui province and Beijing during 2010-2011. [Results] The results showed that the dissipation dynamics of mesotrione in corn field samples all accorded with the one-level dynamics equation. The half-lives of mesotrione in soil were 0.97 and 1.07 d. The half-lives of mesotrione on plant were 0.27 and 0.81 d, respectively. [Conclusions] Two-year and two-area results showed that the terminal residues in corn field samples were lower than 0.01 mg/kg under different environmental conditions. When mesotrione.atrazine 55% SC was applied to the corn field ecosystem at the recommended dosage, the corn harvested could be considered safe.
