创制品种唑胺菌酯混剂的应用

摘  要:[目的]明确唑胺菌酯混剂对小麦白粉病及黄瓜白粉病的室内生物活性及田间药效,为防治2种病害提供合理使用依据。[方法]通过室内盆栽及田间试验方法开展试验。[结果]室内盆栽试验显示:25%福美双·唑胺菌酯SC和25%百菌清·唑胺菌酯SC对小麦白粉病EC90值分别为4.89、5.66 mg/L,对黄瓜白粉病EC90值分别18.07、18.11 mg/L。田间试验显示:25%福美双·唑胺菌酯SC和25%百菌清·唑胺菌酯SC在500、250、125 mg/L有效剂量下对小麦白粉病的平均防效为97.91%、92.17%、83%和98.23%、91.37%、81.66%;在400、200、100 mg/L有效剂量下对黄瓜白粉病的平均防效为89.03%、79.59%、66.21%和86.31%、79.08%、63.6%。[结论]25%福美双·唑胺菌酯SC和25%百菌清·唑胺菌酯SC对小麦白粉病和黄瓜白粉病有很好的活性。25%福美双·唑胺菌酯SC和25%百菌清·唑胺菌酯SC对小麦和黄瓜白粉病有很好的防治效果。[Aims] The study aims to confirm the biological activity and control effect of the mixture of pyrametostrobin on wheat powdery mildew and cucumber powdery mildew. [Methods] Pot test and field trials. [Results] The results of pot test showed the value of ECho of thiram-pyrametostrobin 25% SC and chlorothalonil, pyrametostrobin 25% SC on wheat powdery mildew were 4.89 and 5.66 mg/L and on cucumber powdery mildew with the value of 18.07 and 18.11 mg/L, respectively. In the fields, the average control effect of these two mixtures on wheat powdery mildew were 97.91, 92.17, 83 and 98.23, 91.37, 81.66% at the dose of 500, 250, 125 mg/L, respectively. And the average control effect on cucumber powdery mildew were 89.03, 79.59, 66.21% and 86.31, 79.08, 63.6% of these two pesticides at the dose of 400, 200, 100 mg a.i./L. [Conclusions] The results of pot test and field trials showed that thiram· pyrametostrobin 25% SC and chlorothalonil · pyrametostrobin 25% SC had good activities to wheat powdery mildew and cucumber powdery mildew.
