摘  要:[目的]明确小麦秆锈菌对醚菌酯的敏感性及其与三唑酮之间是否存在交互抗性。[方法]采用孢子萌发法测定78株菌株对醚菌酯和三唑酮的敏感性。[结果]醚菌酯对78株野生菌株EC50值的平均值为(0.181 8±0.081 2)mg/L,最大值是最小值的9.94倍,其敏感性分布频率呈连续性单峰曲线,且符合正态分布,故可作为敏感基线用于监测田间小麦秆锈菌对醚菌酯的敏感性变化。醚菌酯与三唑酮杀菌剂之间均不存在交互抗性。[结论]野生菌株对醚菌酯的敏感性的平均值(0.181 8±0.081 2)mg/L,可作为小麦秆锈菌对醚菌酯的敏感基线。醚菌酯可广泛用于小麦秆锈病的防治。此研究信息可为小麦秆锈病抗药性持续治理措施的制定以及杀菌剂生产和使用策略提供依据。[Aims] The study aims to determine sensitivity to kresoxim-methyl in Puccinia graminis f. sp. tritici and to make sure that if there is cross-resistance or not between kresoxim-methyl and triadimefon. [Methods] The sensitivity of 78 isolates to kresoxim-methyl and triadimefon was tested with spore germination method. [Results] The main of EC50 value for 78 wild-isolates was (0.181 8±0.081 2) mg/L. The maximum was 9.94 times to the minimum. There is no positively-correlated cross-resistance between kresoxim-methyl and triadimefon. [Conclusions] The data (0.181 8±0.0812) mg/L could be used as baseline-sensitivity ofP. graminis f. sp. tritici to kresoxim-methyl for field resistance monitoring. The results indicated that kresoxim-methyl could be widely used to control stem rust. This study also provided valuable informations for management of stem rust fungicide resistance.
