摘 要:【目的】验证叶菌唑对小麦病害的生物活性和防效。【方法】室内活性测定和大田试验方法,测定叶菌唑对小麦赤霉病菌、小麦白粉病菌和小麦锈病的活性。【结果】室内活性测定结果表明:叶菌唑对小麦赤霉病菌、小麦白粉病菌和小麦锈病有优异的杀菌活性,其EC50值分别为0.101、1.08、1.21mg/L,活性高于对照药剂己唑醇和三唑酮。田间小区试验结果表明,叶菌唑在30—90ga.i./hm2的处理剂量下,施药1-2次,对小麦自粉病具有较好的防治效果,防效在85.72%-96.09%之间。【结论】为叶菌唑防治几种小麦病原菌的大田防治提供了剂量筛选依据。[Aims] The purpose of this study is to verify the efficacy of the metconazole on controlling several wheat pathogens. [Methods] The toxicity test in lab and control efficacy in the field were conducted for the evaluation. [Results] It showed that metconazole was a highly active fungicide against Gibberella zeae, Erysiphe graminis and Puccinia striformis with ECs0values of 0.101, 1.08 and 1.21 mg/L, respectively. The control effect of the metconazole was higher than hexaconazole and triadimefon. At the dose of 30-90 g a.i./ha, the activity of metconazole against wheat powdery mildew in field was 85.72-96.09%. [Conclusions] This study would provide the basis on dose screening for the field control efficacy of the metconazole against several wheat pathogens.
