摘 要:【目的】探索50%草铵膦AS替代百草枯和草甘膦防除非耕地杂草的可行性。【方法】通过田间茎叶喷雾处理试验,比较草铵膦、百草枯和草甘膦对非耕地主要杂草的除草效果。【结果】50%草铵膦AS900ga.i./hm2、900ga.i./hm2(加喷雾助剂坎b理药后15d对各类杂草的株防效分别为92.20%、100%,与41%草甘膦AS1722ga.i./hm2、25%百草枯sG900ga.i./hm2处理药后15d的株防效(88.80%-92.35%、95.78%-96.15%)差异不显著;药后30d的株防效f94.56%~100%)与草甘膦的株防效(94.7%-100%)差异不显著,但显著高于百草枯的株防效(82.58%~84.59%),药后30d的鲜质量防效(95.13%-100%)与草甘膦(92.33%-100%)、百草枯(90.26%-94.94%)差异不显著。【结论】草铵膦可以替代百草枯和草甘膦,防除非耕地杂草,添加喷雾助剂效果更好。[Aims] This study aims to explore the feasibility of controlling non-arable land weeds by using glufosinate- ammonium 50% AS rather than paraquat and glyphosate. [Methods] The effects in weeding of glufosinate-ammonium, paraquat and glyphosate on non-arable land were compared by filed foliage spray test. [Results] After 15 days after using glufosinate-ammonium 50% AS 900 g a.i./haand glufosinate-ammonium 50% AS 900 g a.i./ha(with spray adjuvant), the controlling effect on various strains of weeds are 92.20-100% respectively. The difference of controlling effects on various weeds after using glyphosate 41% AS 1722 g a.i./ha and paraquat 25% SG 900 g a.i./ha (88.80-92.35%, 95.78-96.15%) for 15 days is insignificant. Controlling effect of using glufosinate-ammonium 50% AS 900 g a.i./ha and glufosinate- ammonium AS 900 g a.i./ha(with spray adjuvant) differs insignificantly from using glyphosate after 30 days, the former is 94.56-100% and the later is 94.7-100%. However, the percentage is much higher than paraquat (82.58-84.59%), but the controlling effects of glufosinate-ammonium 50% AS (95.13-100%) after 30 days differs insignificantly from glyphosate (92.33-100%) and paraquat (90.26-94.94%). [Conclusions] Glufosinate-ammonium can control weeds of non-arable land instead ofparaquat and glyphosate, and the effect is better if adding spray adjuvant.
