摘 要:目的:研究多层螺旋CT三维重建在诊断茎突综合征中的应用价值。方法选择54例茎突综合征患者作为观察对象,入院后利用多层螺旋CT测量其茎突的长度和范围,进行图像处理和三维重建,统计分析多层螺旋CT诊断茎突综合征的准确性。结果54例茎突综合征患者中,左侧茎突长度在25~30 mm区间者9例,30~45 mm区间者11例,超过45 mm者8例,平均值为(32.84±12.74) mm;右侧茎突长度在25~30 mm区间者8例,30~45 mm区间者12例,超过45 mm者6例,平均值(31.41±11.65) mm;左侧茎突与颅底平面倾角在0°~20°者15例,20°~40°者0例,超过40°者15例,平均值分别为(10.38±1.96)°和(52.71±11.62)°;右侧茎突与颅底平面倾角在0°~20°者10例,20°~40°者1例,超过40°者13例,平均值分别为(11.62±2.05)°和(53.64±10.68)°。结论多层螺旋CT成像清晰准确,相较于传统方法精度更高,可以作为临床诊断茎突综合征的主要依据。Objective To observe the clinical value of measuring styloid process by spiral CT in the diagno-sis of styloid process syndrome. Methods The styloid process was measured with post processing technique of spiral CT in patients with styloid process syndrome according to the clinical syndrome. Then we observe and analyze the length and azimuth of the styloid process. Results Among the 54 patients, for ones with left styloid process, there were 9 cases with length between 25 and 30 mm, 11 cases with length between 30 and 45 mm, and 8 cases with length above 45 mm, The average length was (32.84±12.74) mm. For ones with right styloid process, there were 8 cases with length between 25 and 30 mm, 12 cases with length between 30 and 45 mm, and 6 cases with length above 45 mm. The average length was (31.41 ± 11.65) mm. The average interior tilt angle and anterior tilt angle were (11.62 ± 2.05)° and (53.64±10.68)° respectively. Conclusion MSCT is good in definition and accuracy, which is convinced in mea-suring styloid process and could be an evidence in the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome.
