高效液相色谱法测定胞磷胆碱钠片的溶出度

摘　　要：目的用高效液相色谱法测胞磷胆碱钠片的溶出度。方法采用转篮法测定胞磷胆碱钠片的溶出度，以高效液相色谱法测其浓度。以C18柱为色谱柱，磷酸二氢钠溶液为流动相，检测波长271nm。结果在0．44-3．96μg·mL^-1的浓度范围内，线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．7％，RSD=1．2％。结论该分析方法结果准确，适用于胞磷胆碱钠片的溶出度测定。OBJECTIVE To investigate the dissolution of Citieoline Sodium Tablets by HPLC. METHODS Basket method was used to determine the dissolution of citicoline sodium tablets. HPLC method was established for the determination of citicoline sodium tablets. RP-C18 column was used, NaH2PO4 as mobile phase and detective wavelength of 210nm. RESULTS The linear range of determination was 4 - 40μg · mL^- 1 （ r = 0. 9999 ）. The average recovery was 100. 5%. The RSD was 1.1%. CONCLUSION The method is very easy,accurate and reliable. It can be used for the determine the dissolution of citicoline sodium tablets.
