HPLC测定枳术安胃胶囊中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立枳术安胃胶囊中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷舍量测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为VenusilMP C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；乙腈-0．1％磷酸（22：78）为流动相；流速为1．0mL·min^-1；柱温30℃；检测波长为283。结果柚皮苷在0．5344—2．672μg（r=0．9995，n=6），平均回收率为98．59％（RSD=0．83％，n=6）；新橙皮苷在0．4168～2．084μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9993，n=6），平均回收率为98．53％（RSD=0．67％，n=6）。结论该方法操作简单，分离度高，回收率好，适用于枳术安胃胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of in Zhizhu Anwei Capsules. METHODS Venusil MP C18 column （ 250mm × 4. 6mm, 5 μm） was used, Acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphate acid （22：78） was used as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1, Column temperature was 30℃ and UV deteetion was set at 283nmo RESULTS The calibration curve was linear with range of 0. 5344 - 2. 672μg（r =0. 9995, n = 6） and 0. 4168 - 2. 084μg （ r = 0. 999 5, n = 6 ） and average recovery Was 99.24%, RSD = 0. 58% for narigin and neohesperidin ;The average recoveries were99.59% （ RSD 0. 83%, n = 6）, 99.59% （ RSD = 0. 67%, n = 6） o CONCLUSION The method is simple, practicality and convenient, accurate with a good reproducibility, can be used for determination of naringin and neohesperidin in Zhizhu Anwei capsules,
