西非地区HIV感染者耳鼻咽喉眼-头颈部临床表现及其治疗分析

摘　　要：目的总结西非地区HIV感染者耳鼻咽喉眼-头颈部临床表现及治疗情况。方法选择尼日尔马拉迪地区医院2008年11月—2012年11月收治的HIV感染者共64例,回顾性分析其临床表现及治疗情况。结果本组64例HIV感染者中,有耳部表现8例,鼻部表现8例,口腔咽部表现21例,喉部表现8例,眼部表现3例,头颈部表现16例。行保守治疗46例,手术治疗18例,治疗有效46例,无效13例,放弃治疗3例,死亡2例。结论对于口咽喉部难治性念珠菌感染或病毒感染者、Kaposi肉瘤患者、原因不明的溃疡及伤口延期愈合患者、不明原因淋巴结肿大者、腮腺肿大者等,要特别警惕艾滋病可能,应积极筛查HIV。Objective To summarize the HIV manifestations in ear, nose, throat, eye -head and neck and its treatment in West Africa. Methods The clinical manifestations and treatment of 64 HIV patients admitted to Niger Naradi Regional Hospital from November 2008 to November 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 64 HIV patients, 8 had ear manifestation, 8 had nose manifestation, 21 had oral pharynx manifestation, 8 had larynx manifestation, 3 had eye manifestation, 16 had head and neck manifestation. Forty - six patients had conservative treatment, 18 had surgical treatment, 46 had effectiveness, 13 had no effectiveness, 3 gave up treatment, 2 died. Conclusion Patients with refractory candicliasis infection or virus infection in throat, Kaposi＇s sarcoma, nocausal ulcer and delayed healing, agnogenic lymphadenectasis, parotid gland enlargement etc have special possibility of AIDS.
