摘 要:为应对当前高炉炉料变化,某炼铁厂在高炉炉底自下而上的第二层炭砖内设置了排铅槽。通过对高炉炉底炉缸进行物理建模和传热等数值模拟,分析了有无排铅槽对炉底炉缸不同侵蚀阶段的温度场分布影响,研究了该高炉的侵蚀演变规律,从而确定了排铅槽的合理设置位置。同时指出应根据高炉铅平衡计算及检测结果,科学合理地制定排铅制度,确保高炉安全稳定运行。In some iron - making plant, the lead drainage trough is set in the carbon brisk in second layer from the bottom of blast furnace to adapt the change in burden. Based on the physical modeling for bottom and hearth of blast furnace and numerical simulation of heat conduction, it is analyzed the influence of lead drainage trough on the temperature fields of bottom and hearth of blast furnace during different etching sta- ges, researched the etching evolution law of this blast furnace, and so the reasonable setting location of the trough can be determined. At the same time it is pointed out that the lead drainage system should be made scientifically and reasonably according to the lead balance calculation of the furnace and checking result, to guarantee the safe and steady operation of blast furnace.
