中学体育教学开展阳光体育工程的问题研究

摘　　要：中学是青少年身体发育的重要阶段,也是心理逐步走向成熟的必经阶段,因而加强中学体育教育至关重要。自我国开展"阳光体育工程"以来,各级各类中学围绕落实和推动"阳光体育工程",积极开展体育教学创新,并且取得了一定成效,但仍然存在一些不足。本文首先对中学体育教学开展阳光工程的价值进行了简要论述,重点从中学体育教学开展阳光体育工程存在的制约因素入手,就中学体育教学如何更好的开展阳光体育工程提出对策建议。Secondary is an important stage of adolescent physical development, but also psychological gradually matured necessary stage,thus strengthening the vital middle school physical education. Since launching the ＂Sunshine Sports Project＂ Since our country,all kinds of secondary education around the implementation and promotion of the ＂Sunshine Sports Project＂,and actively carry out sports teaching innovation, and achieved some success, but there are still some drawbacks.Firstly,the value of high school physical education to carry out the Sunshine Project were briefly discussed,focusing on middle school physical education carried out starting from Sunshine Sports engineering constraints exist, made suggestions on how to better carry out the high school physical education Sunshine Sports Project.
