摘　　要：随着高校党建工作的发展,大学生党员人数也迅速增长,但与此同时,大学生党员也存在着一些不容忽视的问题,理想信念淡化、入党动机复杂、宗旨意识淡漠等广泛存在,这严重损害了党在广大青年学生中的形象,影响了党在青年学生中的凝聚力和向心力。因此,建立目标管理机制,完善考核机制,加强奖惩机制,构建科学的大学生党员素质评价体系,是当前高校党建工作的一项重要课题。With the development of the university building work , the student party member has increased . At the same time , some serious problems among the university student party members such as ideals and beliefs fading , complex motives ,indifferent sense of purpose and so on occur .These problems affect the students in playing their vanguard role .What＇s more ,they damaged the image of the party , and impact the cohesion and centripetal force of the party among the young students . So constructing the target management mechanisms , improving the assessment mechanism , strengthening the incentive mechanisms , constructing the quality assessement system of university students party members are the important subject of the university building work .
