摘　　要：基于馆藏图书资源和借阅人员情况,建立了图书馆期刊借阅率的评价体系,利用Markov链数学评判方法并结合具体算例,对本校图书馆期刊借阅率进行了研究,分别给出了Markov链数学矩阵和评判等级标准。结果表明:图书馆期刊借阅率的Markov链综合评判方法可行。根据评判结果,确定了图书馆期刊借阅中的不足,为高等学校的高速发展及服务社会提供依据。The evaluation system of the periodical borrowing rate of library was established in respect of the library resources and attendant level. The comprehensive evaluation on the periodical borrowing rate of library was performed on the basis of Markov chain mathematics theory. The Markov chain coefficient matrix and the evaluation level criterion were presented. Results showed that the Markov chain comprehensive evaluation for library＇s periodical borrowing rate was feasible. According to the results of Markov chain comprehensive evaluation, some weaknesses in evaluation factors of library＇s borrowing rate were found, which provided references for high speed development of higher education and served the community.
