复方甘草酸苷片联合利巴韦林治疗小儿丘疹性皮炎

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘草酸苷片联合利巴韦林治疗小儿丘疹性皮炎的临床疗效,为其临床治疗提供可参考依据。方法共纳入60例入住我院诊断为丘疹性皮炎的患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字法平均分为观察组与对照组,观察组患儿给予复方甘草酸苷片联合利巴韦林治疗,对照组仅给予单独利巴韦林治疗,对两组患儿的临床疗效等进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,总有效率分别为86.7%及60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后临床症状均有明显改善,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组临床症状改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后淋巴细胞比例均有明显下降,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组淋巴细胞比例下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合利巴韦林治疗小儿丘疹性皮炎有较好的临床疗效,可以更好的改善患儿症状,缩短病程,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the compound glycyrrhizin glucoside piece plus ribavirin treatment the clinical curative effect of children papule sex dermatitis, can be the reference for the clinical treatment. Methods Participants included 60 patients in our hospital diagnosed as papule sex dermatitis of children as the research object, the digital method using randomly divided into observation group and control group and observation group patients give compound glycyrrhizin glucoside piece plus ribavirin treat-ment, the control group only give ribavirin therapy alone, to compare the clinical curative effect of two groups of children. Results Treatment group total effectiveness were superior to control group, total effective rate was 86.7% and 86.7% respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Clinical symptoms were significantly improved after treatment, the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）;And clinical symptoms improved significantly more observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Lymphocyte ratio were significantly decreased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）;Lymphocyte percentage drops more apparent and observed group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin glucoside piece plus ribavirin treatment of pediatric papule sex dermatitis has better clinical curative effect, can better improvement in children with symptoms, shorten the course of the disease.
