摘  要:核电站主冷却剂泵(以下简称主泵)电机“离线检修、整体更换”的维修策略一经提出便倍受各电厂的追捧,然而其实现过程并非一帆风顺。由于各型主泵结构差异,在电机“整体更换”的实施过程中面临各种各样的技术桎梏。国内某核电站主泵的联轴器为双键传动方式。因此配键是其实现电机整体更换的瓶颈。本文结合该型主泵的结构特征。详细论述了电机正工位配键在电厂现场实现的可行性,并给出具体的施工方案,为该型主泵的整体更换奠定了技术基础。When the RCP (reactor coolant pump) maintenance strategy with off-line maintenance and integral motor replacement was proposed,it was accepted widely. However, to realize it is not so easy. Because of various types of RCP, the implementation process of the strategy always confronts various technical shackles. Take one type of RCP as an example, its transmission mode between the coupling half and the motor shaft is of double-feather key, which means the bottleneck to replace the integral motor suc- cessfully is to fit the feather key. This paper gives the feasibility analysis of modifying feather key manual- ly on site in the working position of RCP according to its structural characteristic. Meanwhile, the paper shows the specific procedure of key-fitting, which lays the technical foundation of the maintenance strategy for this type of pumps.
