摘　　要：文章对我国当前保安队伍现状做了市场调查,进而根据各种调查数据进行研究,分析了我国当前保安队伍的现状,指出保安人员数量短缺、从业人员文化程度偏低;年龄、性别比例不合理;保安公司相关保障不到位,从业人员流失率高;岗位培训形同虚设,职业技能欠缺;相关法律救济手段欠缺等五个问题制约了我国保安公司队伍的成长和发展。The author did a market survey on current status quo of China＇s security forces, conducted research based on various survey data and analyzed the current situation of China＇s security forces, noting that the shortages of security personnel, low educational level of employees; unreasonable age and gender ratio; imperfect relevant safeguard of the security company, high turnover rate of employees; ineffective job training, lack of vocational skills; lack of related legal remedies have constrained the growth and development of the security forces in China.
