全方位护理在低位直肠癌保肛术后患者中的实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨全方位护理在低位直肠癌保肛术患者中的实施效果。方法选择2005年5月到2012年3月本院收治的53例低位直肠癌患者,按照护理方式的不同分为全方位护理组28例和对照组25例。观察并比较两组术后并发症的发生率、患者心理状况和患者满意度。结果全方位护理组患者发生吻合口瘘、切口感染、吻合口狭窄和吻合口出血等并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后,两组的SAS和SDS得分均有不同程度的降低,且全方位护理组的SAS和SDS得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对低位直肠癌保肛术后患者实施全方位护理措施,能够降低术后并发症的发生率,改善患者的心理状况,提高患者满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with low rectal cancer after anus-protective operation. Methods 53 patients with low rectal cancer in our hospital from May 2005 to March 2012 were selected and divided into comprehensive nursing group （n = 28） and control group （n = 25） according to the nursing method. The incidence of postoperative complications, patients＇ psychological state and patients＇ satisfaction degree were observed and compared. Results The incidence of anastomotic leakage, wound infection, anastomotic stricture and anastomotic bleeding of the comprehensive nursing group was significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. After nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS decreased significantly in both groups, and the SAS and SDS of the comprehensive nursing group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with low rectal cancer after anus-protective operation, comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve patients＇ psychological state and patients＇ satisfaction degree.
