摘　　要：妊娠期高血压疾病是围产期常见的并发症。胰岛素抵抗是指正常浓度胰岛素的生理效应低于正常,妊娠期发生生理性胰岛素抵抗,胰岛素抵抗加重引起一系列代谢异常并与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生相关。FFA、炎性因子、脂肪因子等可能同时参与胰岛素抵抗及妊娠期高血压疾病的发病。Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy is a common complication in perinatal period. Insulin resistance refers to the physiological effect of normal concentration of insulin lower than that in normal. Physiological insulin resistance exists during pregnancy. Insulin resistance increasing causes a series of metabolic abnormalities associated with pregnancy induced hypertension. FFA, inflammatory cytokines, adipokines may also participate in the insulin resistance and the incidence of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
