三橘荔核汤对CAP/CPPS患者前列腺液MCP-1、PDGF-BB表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察三橘荔核汤对CAP/CPPS患者前列腺液MCP-1、PDGF-BB表达的影响。方法:将符合CAP/CPPS(气滞血瘀型)诊断标准的患者70例随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组采用三橘荔核汤口服,对照组采用前列腺汤口服,均以10 d为1个疗程,共3个疗程。观察两组患者临床疗效、NIH-CPSI积分及前列腺液中细胞因子MCP-1、PDGF-BB水平的变化。结果:两组治疗后综合疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NIH-CPSI积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MCP-1、PDGF-BB的表达,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三橘荔核汤治疗CAP/CPPS患者临床疗效显著,其作用机理可能是通过调控炎症因子MCP-1、PDGF-BB的表达从而达到免疫调节作用。Objective： To observe the influence of Three Tangerinelitchee Pit Decoction on expression of MCP-1 and PDGF-BB in succus prostaticus of CAP/CPPS patients. Methods： The 70 cases of patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of CAP/CPPS （Qi stagnation and blood stasis） were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 35 cases in each. Patients were given Three Tangerine- litchee Pit Decoction in treatment group and Qianliexian Decoction in control group. With 10 days as a course, the treatment lasted 3 courses. The clinical efficacy, NIH-CPSI scores and change of MCP-1 and PDGF-BB in suecus prostaticus were observed. Results： The comparison of comprehensive efficacy between the two groups showed statistical significance （P〈0.05） ; and the comparison of NIH-CPSI scores between the two groups showed statistical significance （P〈0.05）; the comparison of expression of MCP-1 and PDGF-BB between the two groups showed statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Three Tangerinelitchee Pit Decoction can provide obvious clinical efficacy for CAP/CPPS, the mechanism of which may related to the regulation of expression of MCP-I and PDGF-BB and immune function.
