摘 要:目的探讨系统化健康教育护理干预模式对颈动脉支架置入(carotid artery stenting,CAS)术后患者自我效能水平的影响。方法将102例颈动脉狭窄并行支架植入术治疗的患者随机分为对照组及干预组各51例,对照组给予CAS术后常规护理及健康教育,干预组在常规护理的基础上,采用系统化健康教育护理模式进行干预,干预时间6个月。采用SF-36生活质量调查量表和慢性患者自我效能量表对2组患者进行比较。结果 2组干预前生活质量及自我效能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施干预后,干预组生活质量及自我效能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统化健康教育模式不仅能够提高CAS术后患者的生活质量,同时也能提高患者自我照护的能力。Objective To investigate the effects of the systematic health education nursing intervention mode on patient self-efficacy after carotid artery stenting (CAS).Methods Totally 102 patients with carotid artery stenting therapy were ran-domly divided into control group and intervention group ,and 51 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care after CAS and health education ,while patients in intervention group received the routine care and systematic health education nursing intervention mode. And intervention time was 6 months. And then we compared the patients of two groups by SF-36 quality of life survey scale and chronic patients’ self-efficacy scale.Results The differences of the quality of life and self-efficacy score between the two groups before the intervention were not statistically significant (P〉0.05);however ,after intervention the quality of life and self-efficacy score in intervention group were higher than those in control group ,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education model can not only improve the quality of life of patients after CAS ,but also improve the patients'ability to self-care.
