细节化管理在手术室护理中的实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨细节化管理在手术室护理中的实施效果。方法对2013年5月—2013年11月于该院接受手术治疗的100例患者,按单双号的方式随机分为两组,其中对照组50例实行常规护理,观察组50例实行细节化管理后的护理,随后调查两组患者及手术医生对该次护理的满意度和评分并进行比较。结果观察组患者对护理的满意度为96.0%,手术医生对护理的满意度为93.5%;对照组患者对护理的满意度为78.0%,手术医生对护理的满意度为84.1%;通过比较观察组的患者及医生对护理的满意度高于对照组,两组满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对观察组的护理质量高于对照组,两组护理质量评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节化管理应用于手术室护理中,临床效果较好,护理质量、医生及患者满意度均有所提高,具有较好的实施效果,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of implementating detail management in operating room nursing. Methods 100 cases of patients underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from May, 2013 to November, 2013 were randomly divided into two groups according to the manner of odd and even numbers. 50 cases in the control group were given conventional nursing, and 50 cases in the observation group were given the nursing after the implementation of detail management. Then the satisfaction with care of the two groups of patients and the surgeons were investigated and evaluated, and compared. Results In the observation group, the patients＇ satisfaction with care was 96%, surgeons＇ satisfaction with care was 93.5%;in the control group, patients＇ satisfaction with care was 78%, surgeons＇ satisfaction with care was 84.1%; by comparison, the patients and surgeons＇ satisfaction with care in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （all P〈0.05）;the nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference in nursing quality score between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of detail management applied in operating room nursing is better, the quality of care and patients and surgeons＇ satisfaction have been improved with better implementation effect, which is worthy of promotion.
