优质护理在癌性疼痛中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理在癌性疼痛中的应用效果。方法随机选取2012年1月—2013年12月该院收治的100例癌性疼痛患者,按照抽签法分为观察组和参考组,各50例。观察组实施优质护理,参考组实施常规护理,分析其护理效果。结果观察组疼痛改善总有效率为96.0%,参考组疼痛改善总有效率为80%,两组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组轻度疼痛56.0%,中度疼痛38.0%,严重疼痛6.00%;参考组轻度疼痛40.0%,中度疼痛36.0%,严重疼痛24.0%;组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑抑郁程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在癌性疼痛中采用优质护理,可明显改善患者的疼痛程度,临床价值高,值得肯定使用。Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing on cancerous pain. Methods 100 cases of patients with cancerous pain admitted in our hospital from January, 2012 to December, 2013 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the reference group with 50 cases in each according to the draw method. High quality nursing was given to the observation group, and conventional nursing was given to the reference group. The nursing effect of both groups was analyzed. Results The total efficiency of improvement in pain of the observation group was 96%, and that of the reference group was 80%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In the observation group, 56% of the patients with mild pain, 38%with moderate pain, 6%with severe pain;in the reference group, 40% of the patients with mild pain, 36% with moderate pain, and 24% with severe pain, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The degree of anxiety and depression in the observation group was much lighter than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing for cancerous pain can significantly improve the pain degree of the patients with high clinical value, which is worthy of definite use.
