摘 要:在冬季或低温条件下,盐化物沥青混合料融冰化雪技术能够提高路面的抗滑性能,但混合料的路用性能方面仍存在一定的缺陷。通过在MFL融冰化雪型沥青混合料(MMAM)的基础上添加聚酯纤维技术处理,通过对普通、MMAM以及聚脂纤维+MMAM混合料的融冰化雪效果和路用性能进行测试对比分析,结果表明:聚酯纤维不会影响MFL的融冰化雪功能,MMAM和聚脂纤维+MMAM都能够实现融冰化雪效果;另外,聚酯纤维的添加对MMAM的抗车辙性能不产生影响;与普通混合料相比,MMAM的水稳定性和低温抗裂能力明显降低,且低温破坏弯曲应变降低幅度达到33.4%,而聚酯纤维的添加可以改善MMAM的抗水损害能力与低温抗裂能力,且低温破坏弯曲应变提高幅度达到10%。At low temperatures, a salt for asphalt mixture can improve pavement skid resistance, but there are some problems in pavement performance. The purpose of the paper is to study and analysis on improving pavement performance of melting ice and snow MFL-asphah mixture (MMAM) after appen- ding polymer fibers. Comparative analysis with the base asphalt mixture, asphalt mixture with MFL and fiber reinforced MMAM was performed. Results indicated that polyester fibers can not influence the melt- ing ice and snow effect and rutting resistance of MMAM. Besides, it was found that water stable perform- ance and crack resistance at low temperature of MMAM were lower than those of base asphalt mixture, and maximum bending strain at low temperature of MMAM decreased '33.4% , compared to that of base asphalt mixture, An encouraging founding from this study was that polyester fibers can improve anti-water damage ability and crack resistance at low temperature, and its maximum bending strain at low temperature increases 10% compared to that of base asphalt mixture.
