摘  要:以生产上高产两系杂交稻Y两优1号为对照,分析了特大粒恢复系R257与生产上骨干两系不育系C815S、Y58S、N118S所配制的3个杂交稻新组合C815S/R257、Y58S/R257、N118S/R257的库容、产量特性、叶面积动态变化、干物质积累特性及物质转运水平。结果表明:组合C815S/R257、N118S/R257的库容量极显著高于对照Y两优1号,生育后期的上3叶叶面积、干物质积累量、茎鞘叶物质转运水平均优于对照,最终产量分别比对照增产2.65%和0.79%。对新配组合的源特征、干物质积累及转运特性与产量的关系做了讨论。C815S/R257,Y58S/R257 and N118S/R257 were bred by 3 two-lined male sterile lines C815S,Y58S and N118S,and a largegrain restore line R257,respectively.Yield characteristics,leaf area dynamic changes,dry matter accumulation and assimilate translocation of the three combinations were studied in this test with Y liangyou 1 as the CK.The results show that the sink capacity of C815S/R257 and N118S/R257 was significantly larger than that of the CK,respectively;the area of 3 top leaves,dry matter accumulation and assimilate translocation at late growth stage were better than those of the CK;and yields of C815S/R257 and N118S/R257 were 2.65% and 0.79% higher than that of the CK,respectively.And source characteristics,dry matter accumulation and translocation,and their relation with the yield in the new combinations have also been discussed in the study.
