摘　　要：通过新型带材铸轧机倾动机座的设计,来满足带材铸轧机在（0～30）°内任意倾斜角度的铸轧,使得小范围的机架调整能够更好地适应与浇铸系统的对接,并且使得在带材铸轧机倾斜过程中传动系统能够实现偏转角度的自适应.此设计的目的在于：除了可以节省成本,还将传统带材铸轧机的优势集于一身,即实现换辊方便、铸轧速度快、铸轧带材质量高、方便于检修和调试等.同时可以满足不同合金在铸轧过程中所需要的最佳铸轧角度,以实现快速、高质量的带材铸轧.The easter can achieve the rolling of any angle from 0°to 30°through the design of the base of new pattern＇s alloy caster, which can make it butt joint with the gating system better. And it also can make the transmission system meet the selfadaption of deflecting angle. The aim of the design lies in that it can not only save the cost of muchine, but make many casters with different angles change into one which can change the tiny angle arbitrarily. And it also can find the best angle to the rolling of different alloy for better ally. At the same time, it can also own the advantages, such as the convenience of roll changing, higher casting speed and strip quality, the convenience about inspection and debugging.
