摘 要:某发动机前机匣是辐条式钛合金焊接机匣,由外机匣、内机匣、4个支板、3个接嘴、1个传感器垫板及26个安装座焊接而成组件,零件材料为TA7和TC1。在研制中频繁出现支板裂纹、内外机匣轴向尺寸超差、电感安装座内陷等故障,同时加工周期达两个半月,加工效率低、是制约生产的技术难题。通过对零件结构和所发生故障进行系统分析,采取预留焊接收缩余量、改进设计结构、改进焊接方法、改进夹具等工艺技术措施,解决这一难题,零件的加工质量满足设计使用要求,加工效率低的问题得到明显改善,加工状态稳定。The real aeroengine front casing is a kind of spoke type titanium alloy welding casing, which is joint by means of welding and consists of outer casing inner casing, four plates, three mouthpieces, one sensor plate and 26 soleplates. The parts materials are TA7 and TC1. The defects appear frequently in the precess of the design cycle, such as plate cracks, inner casing axial size out of tolerance, inductance soleplate retraction. To solve this difficult problem, it systematically analyzes the parts structure and occurred malfunction. As the result, it adopts some technological measures, such as reserving welding shrinkage, improving the design structure, improving welding method and the fixture, etc. Consequently, the machining quality of parts can meet the requirements of design and usage. The problem of low processing efficiency is improved.
