摘 要:目前风力发电叶片故障监测普遍使用叶片表面粘贴检测介质和振动监测方法,由于叶片工作环境恶劣且所受载荷不定,叶片粘贴检测介质难以实现,测振漏报误报问题严重。针对现有监测技术的缺点和不足,在研究分析风力发电叶片断裂原因的基础上,研发设计一种基于PLC新型非接触式风力发电叶片实时监测预警系统。该系统根据叶间时间差预测叶片即将断裂或过度变形状况,及时停机并报警,能有效地避免叶片故障的发生,具有良好的推广应用价值。A t present, wind power blades fault monitoring always uses methods of pasting detection medium on blade surface and vibration monitoring generally, due to poor working environment and uncertain load, and detection medium is diffwult to paste on blade surface, and vibration monitoring has serious problems of omissive and error warnings. Aiming at the shortcomings and deficiencies of existing monitoring technology, it analyzes the cause of wind turbine blades fracture, a non contact type wind power blades real-time monitoring and early warning system based on PLC model is designed according to the time difference between blades, which system can predict leaf fracture or excessive deformation condition, stop and alarm timely. This system can effectively avoid the blade failure, and has wide application value.
