摘 要:基于多轴车辆单轴转向系统匹配优化设计的理念,通过构建动态空间异面直线距离的方法,建立了双回路液压助力转向车桥的油缸输出力与轮胎转向阻力矩实时平衡方程。为了减小转向系统中各个构件的受力,降低转向驱动油缸之间的耦合干涉,基于协调平衡方程建立了单轴转向系统的动力学模型和虚拟样机模型。仿真分析了单轴转向系统中各构建的受力,通过两种模型的仿真对比分析,验证了模型的正确性。为转向系统中驱动构件、执行构件、链结构件的匹配设计理论奠定了基础。Based on matching optimization design concept for the single axle steering system of multi-axle steering vehicle, the red-time equilibrium equations between cylinder output forces of dual-circuit hydraulic assisted steering system and tire static steering resistance torques were built by the method of building dynamic space--coplanar linear distance. In order to reduce the forces of each component for steering system and decrease the interaction of steering driving cylinders, dynamic model and virtual prototype model of single axle steering system were built, according to coordination and equilibrium equations.'The forces of each component for single axle steering system were simulated. The comparisons of simulation results verified the correctness of the real-time equilibrium equations. It laid foundation for matching design theory of driving links, executive links and jointing links.
