城市蔓延理性与中国城市理性蔓延探究

摘　　要：城市蔓延合理性的主观放大使人们误以为蔓延是城市发展的必经之路,从而忽视了对城市蔓延真实理性的探究。通过对城市蔓延概念、目的及过程三个层面的分析发现,城市蔓延并不具备理性,只是其合理性的客观存在和片面放大对其理性缺失产生了遮掩,从而产生具有蔓延理性的假象,这为中国城镇化的进一步发展带来了诸多隐患。城市蔓延不具备理性不等于不能进行理性的城市蔓延,在不得不蔓延或允许适度蔓延的前提下,中国城市应选择理性蔓延,体现在理性看待蔓延、理性选择蔓延以及用治理的方法来逐步消除蔓延。The rationality of urban sprawl has been subjectively enlarged so that people tend to take sprawl as the only way for urban development and thus neglect exploring the real reason of urban sprawl. Analyzing urban sprawl from the three aspects of concept, purpose, and process, this paper concludes that urban sprawl has no reason; instead, the objective existence of urban sprawl and the exaggeration of it create a false impression of the existence of urban sprawl reason, which is harmful to China＇s urban development. Nevertheless, the aon-existence of sprawl reason does not mean that urban sprawl cannot be conducted rationally. 3n the premise that sprawl is the only choice or is allowed to be conducted properly, China＇s urban development should choose the way of ational sprawl, treat the sprawl rationally, and take ;overnance measures to gradually eliminate the sprawl.
