摘  要:间充质干细胞(MSC)是一种具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的干细胞,肝细胞生长因子(HGF)是一种多功能细胞生长因子,HGF修饰骨髓MSC可以抑制骨髓MSC凋亡,提高细胞存活率。此外,MSC对缺氧反应的分子机制主要涉及低氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)信号通路,HIF-1修饰的MSC将改善干细胞移植时的缺点,降低凋亡、促进增殖,提高细胞黏附能力,促进血管生成。同时,MSC可以成为HGE和HIF-1理想的细胞表达载体,可能成为组织工程和细胞治疗等领域的研究热点。Mesenchymal stem cells(MSC) are a kind of stem cells with the features of self-renewal capacity and potential differentiation.Hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) is a multifunctional cell growth factor,and modification of MSC with HGF HGF can inhibit the MSC apoptosis and improve the survival rate of cells.Besides,the molecular mechanism of MSC under hypoxia mainly is mainly related to hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1) signal pathway.The HIF-1 modified MSC may improve the shortcomings of stem cell transplantation,reduce apoptosis,promote proliferation,increase cell adhesion ability,and promote angiogenesis.At the same time,MSC can be the perfect cell expression vector of HEG and HIF-1,which might become a new hotspot in the field of tissue engineering and cell therapy.
