经阴道分娩后采用中药洗液熏洗会阴的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析经阴道自然分娩后用中药洗液熏洗会阴部的效果,探讨其应用价值。方法将2009年6月至2012年9月于绥德县妇幼保健院自然分娩的320例足月妊娠产妇按照随机数字表法随机分为两组,各160例。碘伏擦洗组产妇产后给予0.05%碘伏擦洗会阴,每日2次,连续5 d;中药熏洗组采用自制中药熏洗会阴,每日次,冲洗5 d,对比两组的恢复情况。结果中药熏洗组产妇切口甲级愈合率高于碘伏擦洗组,两组的手术切口等级愈合比较,中药熏洗组优于碘伏擦洗组(u=3.5392,P=0.0004);术后切口疼痛较碘伏擦洗组轻微,并发症发生率低于碘伏擦洗组(u=2.9191,P<0.05)。结论经阴道分娩后用中药洗液对会阴部切口进行熏洗有利于伤口愈合,而且能够明显减少并发症,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in postpartum episiotomy healing and to explore its clinical application value.Methods A total of 320 cases of spontaneous labor in Suide Maternal and Child Heahhcare Center from Jun.2009 to Sep.2012 were randomly divided into iodophor group（n =160） and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） group（n =160）.The iodophor group was given 0.05% iodophor to scrub postpartum perineum,2 times per day for 5 d.The TCM group was given the TCM steaming to postpartum perineum,2 times per day for 5 d.Results The grade A healing rate of TCM group higher than iodophor group,and the incision healing grades of TCM group was better than iodophor group（u =3.5392,P =0.0004）.The postoperative pain of TCM group was milder than iodophor group,and complication incidence of TCM was much lower than iodophor group（u =2.9191,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion TCM steaming to postpartum perineum is good for the incision healing,and can obviously reduce the complications,thus is worthy of promotion in clinical.
