预见性护理在预防全髋关节置换术下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理在预防全髋关节置换术下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理效果。方法:选择符合标准的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施预见性护理,比较二者护理效果。结果:观察组患者DVT发生率低于对照组,发生时间晚于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2周及术后4周观察组患者下肢静脉血流速度均快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理能有效预防全髋关节置换术下肢深静脉血栓的形成,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度,值得临床护理推广应用。Objective：To investigate the preventive effect of prospective nursing on deep venous throm-bosis （ DVT） of lower limbs after a total hip replacement .Method：60 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group , 30 patients in each group;the control group used routine nursing , while the observation group used prospective nursing , and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared .Result：The incidence of DVT in the patients of the observation group was lower than that of the control group , the occurrence of DVT in the patients of the observation group was later than that of the control group , the length of stay in the patients of the observation group was shorter than that of the con-trol group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.In 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the sur-gery, the speeds of blood flow of the veins of lower extremity in the patients of the observation group were both rapider than those of the control group , and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The degree of satisfaction in the patients of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Prospective nursing can effec-tively prevent from DVT of lower limbs after a total hip replacement , shorten the length of stay and elevate the degree of satisfaction , and consequently is worthy of clinical application .
