摘  要:为研究导叶相对隔舌不同位置对离心泵性能的影响,采用CFD计算方法对离心泵导叶与隔舌不同夹角进行数值计算。对导叶与隔舌夹角α从0~40°变化下离心泵外特性和内流场进行分析,结果表明导叶相对隔舌不同位置对泵内外特性有明显的影响。随着α增大,扬程和效率呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,20°附近达到扬程和效率的最大值;而在α增加的过程中,蜗壳各断面压力和速度的变化趋势不相同,叶轮各流道低速区及出口高速区受导叶影响而沿周向变化;在隔舌附近,α为0~40°,导叶背面低速区减小并逐渐消失,而隔舌与导叶间低速区的变化规律与之相反。To get insight into the effect of different relative position between guide vane and tongue on the centrifugal pump ,a centrifugal pump is calculated using the method of CFD in different positions between the guide vane and the volute tongue .The positions are represented by the angle αbetween the guide vane and tongue from 0°to 45°.Comparisons of the external characteris-tics and internal flow features of the pump are made under the changes of α.The results show that the relative position has a sig-nificant effect on the centrifugal pump .With the increasing of α,the pump head and efficiency present a decreasing trend after the first increase,and reach the maximum value around 20°.Comparisons of the average pressure and velocity of each volute cross-section from 1-8 at different positions are made ,which indicate that the pressure and velocity of volute sections are in dif-ferent variations .Velocity filed at impeller passage outlet of each channel show a tendency of decrease after increase along the cir -cumferential direction by the effect of α.In addition,as αincreases from 0°to 45°,low velocity field at the back area of guide vane near tongue decreases and disappears gradually ,whereas the variation of such field between the tongue and guide vane is on the contrary ,and the flow field get the best overall performance in the intermediate position .
