摘  要:以日本铁杆大葱品种中发现的雄性不育株为不育源,用测交—回交及测交父本、轮回父本自交法,筛选出耐抽薹雄性不育系200730A和相应保持系20070873B,不育株率和可育株率均达到99%以上。选育的不育系表现抽薹晚、配合力高、杂种优势明显。200730A雄性不育系与长宝大葱自交系选配的杂交组合农大夏葱1号抽薹晚,产量高,比日本大葱平均增产18.41%,抗病性好,适宜在黄淮海区域种植。With the male sterile plants of Japanese Tiegan green onion as infertility source,the bolting-resistant male sterile line 200730A and its corresponding maintainer line 20070873B were selected by test cross-backcross and self cross of test cross as well as recurrent male parent.The rate of sterile plants and fertile plants were both more than 99%.The selected sterile line showed late bolting,high combining ability and obvious heterosis.The hybridized combination Nongda Summer Onion NO.1 was obtained from the cross of male sterile line 200730A and selfing line of Changbao green onion.It showed late bolting,high yield and good disease resistance; its yield could increase by 18.41% averagely compared with Japanese green onion; so it was suitable for cultivation in Huanghuai region.
