摘  要:针对信号长距离传输的要求,设计了一种基于LVDS技术的远程数据传输延展卡。利用均衡器CLC014将双绞线接收端衰减后的LVDS信号恢复增强,通过光纤接口模块将数据无缝转发至几千米远的距离。重点介绍了奇校验与双重计数器消抖相结合的防指令误判技术,并解决了LVDS接口时钟与采集速率的匹配,以及光纤接口LVDS芯片连续传输"FF"数据易失锁的问题。大量实验证明,该延展卡传输性能稳定,且传输几千米距离无误码无丢数,现已投入工程应用中。For long-distance signal transmission requirements, a remote data transmission expansion card based on LVDS is designed. By using equalizer CLC014,LVDS signal received from twisted pair terminal can be restored and enhanced. Optical interface module circuit can seamlessly transmit data to several thousand meters. It is mainly introduced about the odd verify and double counter shake technology to prevent instruction misjudgment. The matching problem between LVDS interface clock and gathering rate is solved,as well as the problem that LVDS chip in optical interface is easy to lose lock when "FF" data is transmited continuously. Being verified by experiments,the card improves the reliability of data transmission, and transmits data thousands of meters with error free and without lost data. It has been put into application in engineering.
