摘  要:对机车蓄电池充放电检测控制系统进行研究和设计,基于DSP-TMS320F2812PGFA平台,外部扩展了CPLD、SRAII、双口RAM等,完成了整个控制系统的硬件设计。软件设计分为上位机软件和下位机软件设计两个部分,对检测系统的参数和检测数据的存储、显示以及整个控制系统的运行逻辑进行了设计,完成了一款具有能量双向流动、网侧电流正弦化、功率因数高、功率灵活调控特点的检测控制装置。测试结果表明,系统运行稳定,数据通信采用符合CAN2.0A/B协议的隔离的CAN总线接口,可靠性高。Locomotive battery charge and discharge control system was designed and researched in this paper. Based on DSP- TMS320F2812PGFA platform, the external CPLD, SRAII, dual port RAM were expanded, and the hardware design of the whole control system was completed. The software design was divided into upper and lower machine software design. The logic of the operation parameter design and test data of detection system of storage and display, and the whole control system were designed. Finally,a detection control device with charac, teristics of the two-way flow of energy, the net side current sinusoidal, high power factor and power control was completed. The test results show that the system runs steadily, and isolated CAN bus interface data com- munication used with CAN2.0A/B protocol was with high reliability.
