摘  要:通过动态转矩流变仪分别测试了纳米TiO2用量、测试温度、老化时间等对聚丙烯(PP)/纳米TiO2复合材料动态流变学行为的影响。频率扫描结果显示,随着扫描频率(ω)的增加,PP/TiO2复合材料的储能模量(G′)、损耗模量(G")变大,复数黏度(η*)降低,损耗因子(tanδ)先增大后降低。随着TiO2用量的增加,G′,G",η*先降低后增加。应变扫描结果显示,PP/TiO2复合材料存在线性黏弹区域,TiO2的加入使得PP/TiO2复合材料线性黏弹区域变宽。动态温度扫描结果显示,随着温度的升高,PP/TiO2复合材料的G′,G",η*都降低,tanδ增大。老化前后的PP,PP/TiO2复合材料动态流变行为对比结果显示,PP老化后,其G′,G",η*都低于未老化的PP;而PP/TiO2复合材料的G′,G",η*变大;这说明TiO2的加入使复合材料发生了交联老化。The effect of additive TiO2, test temperature and aging time on dynamic rheological behavior for polypropylene(PP) / TiO2 blends were studied by a torque rheometer. Frequency scanning results show that PP / TiO2 blends, along with frequency increase, storage modulus, loss modulus get larger and complex viscosity get smaller and loss factor first increases then down. The storage modulus, loss modulus and complex viscosity decreased at first and increased afterwards as increasing the dosage of TiO2. The amplitude scanning results show that PP / TiO2 blends has linear viscoelastic region and the linear viscoelastic region of PP / TiO2 blends widen due to TiO2. The dynamic temperature scanning results show that with the increase of temperature, the storage modulus, loss modulus, complex viscosity decreases and loss factor increase. The storage modulus, loss modulus , complex viscosity of PP aged are smaller than that of PP unaged. However, PP/TiO2 blends has the opposite results that the aged samples are larger than that of the unaged. As a result that PP/TiO2 blends are cross-linked due to the existence ofnano-TiO2.
