摘 要:利用纺织短纤维废料作为原料,通过热压成型方法制作纤维板,研究了10 mm以下纤维废料长度的变化及废料成分不同对纤维板力学性能的影响。利用万能试验机对纤维板的拉伸性能和弯曲性能进行测试,并利用扫描电镜对板材的断面形态进行分析。结果表明,随着纤维长度的增大,纤维板的力学性能先增大后减小;废料成分不同时,纤维板的力学性能也有较大差异。这主要与填充纤维的强力以及填充纤维与基体之间的界面粘结情况有关。Textile short fiber wastes were used as raw material and made into fiberboard by hot pressing method.The influence of length and composition of fiber wastes on mechanical properties those fiberboard fabricated by short fibers with length less than 10 mm was studied. The tensile and flexural properties of fiberboard were tested by universal-testing machine and scanning electron microscope was employed to analyzing the cross-section of the fiberboard. The results show that the mechanical properties of fiberboard first increases then decreases with the increase of fiber length ; the mechanical properties of fiberboard are also quite different with different compositions.This is mainly related with filling fiber strength and interface bond between fiber and matrix.
