摘　　要：随着环保政策的愈加严格和行业门槛的逐步提高,如何有效地对中小型文化纸机进行技改,让其实现节能降耗、减污增效,是保证中小型文化纸机免遭淘汰的重要措施。太阳纸业小型文化纸机并入公司文化用纸事业部之后,通过借鉴大型文化纸机的技术和经验,从打浆到抄纸进行全方位的技术改造,成绩斐然,消耗降低,产品质量明显提高,生产出高档的"金太阳"产品。太阳纸业的经验值得其它企业借鉴。As our country’s environmental policy is getting more and more strict, and the threshold of paper industry is getting higher and higher, How to effectively transform small and medium-sized paper machines for energy-saving and consumption-reducing, pollution-decrease and efifciency-increase has becoming the important measures to free of elimination. Jointed in Fine Paper Business Division, small-sized paper machines in Sun Paper were transformed in overall from beating to papermaking to achieve good results with consumption reduced and quality improved. A new product called“Golden Sun”was produced. The experience above is worthy to reference for relative enterprises.
